Invent a memory of me and post it in the comments. It can be anything you want, so long as it's something that's never happened. Then, of course, post this to your journal and see what people would like to remember of you, only the universe failed to cooperate in making it happen so they had to make it up instead.

Snagged from half of my friends list, including [livejournal.com profile] yonmei, who thought it up.

The '97 Dykes on Bikes Drag Race. It's all a blur now, to be honest, but it's a very cool blur. I'll never order a Harvey Wallbanger with a straight face again.

Ahem. As it were.

The smile when I presented you with the rather large stuffed wombat almost 10 years ago.

Where did you get this mood theme?! *covets*

I digress.

I remember flying to SF with you to meet Callahanians. :D

Big Al. "I did that once. Turns out you can't open those with a pocketknife..."

I remember when your hair was short, and I didn't like it that way at all.

Dude, remember that time when we were in Philly and picked up those two steel mill workers?! They really knew how to use those 2x4s. *winks*

And then we stole their truck the next morning! Damn. I've avoided the tequila since that night.

I think the memory that really stands out, years ago when I stopped by and you were showing regis how to do a wheelie on the motorcycle, your hair falling akmost to the ground as you rode down the street on one wheel laughing and yelling 'like this, regis'.

Streamers of blue and yellow, fanning out behind you, as you coasted across Harvard Yard.

It seemed like dream at the time, but then again Summer in Cambridge always has a dreamlike quality.

You never were able to explain the scooter to my satisfaction, but then again, I'm almost positive it was stolen, and I was more concerned with the ultimate fate of Steve's goldfish.

That, at least, you were able to explain fully. The issue of the plunger came up later, of course, but at least I could understand where that came from.

that long afternoon we spent wandering through the rainforests on the olympic penninsula, and we met the family with small kids and you explained to them how your gps worked while i patted their dog. and we pitched a tent at the campground near sol duc falls and went to sleep lulled by the white noise of the burbling river.

i woke up first and made hot chocolate for both of us by the time you woke up. that was some damned fine hot chocolate.
